The RYHA's governing body is its Board of Directors elected at the annual meeting by members. The Board of Directors has fiduciary responsibility to oversee its committees and publications and determines RYHA's policies, bylaws, as well as actively carry-out its objectives and supervises the disbursement of its funds in accourdance with the laws and regulations governing non-profits in the State of Minnesota. The RYHA Board of Directors consists of a minimum of eight and a maximum of fourteen members.
The Board typically meets monthly on the 2nd Sunday of the month @ VFW on Lyndale @ 6:30 p.m., however this is subject to change so please consult the calendar before you attend one.
Meetings are open and we strongly encourage members to attend.
