Richfield Hockey

Fall/Winter registration is now open and required for most of the pre-season events that are taking place.

Once you have registered your child with USA Hockey, please forward a copy of your confirmation along with a consent to treat form to Heather Buelow @ heatherbuelow@comcast.net.

Registration for mini-mite hockey is still open!  The following items are required to complete registration.

• Complete USA Hockey registration at www.usahockeyregistration.com  (Upon completion, you will receive an email with a confirmation number, please forward this email to the registrar, Heather Buelow.)
• Complete "Consent to Treat" form found on this web page
• If you are new to Richfield Youth Hockey, a copy of your player's birth certificate is required
• Fee payment in the form of a check for $125

The above items need to be sent to our Registrar.  Please contact her for the address where it should be mailed.

Registration for advanced mite hockey is still open!  The following items are required to complete registration.

• Complete USA Hockey registration at www.usahockeyregistration.com  (Upon completion, you will receive an email with a confirmation number, please forward this email to the registrar, Heather Buelow.)
• Complete "Consent to Treat" form found on this web page
• If you are new to Richfield Youth Hockey, a copy of your player's birth certificate is required
• Fee payment in the form of a check for $150
• Concession stand volunteer hours.  Each family must submit a $200 deposit check or a $150 buyout check.  Each family must complete 10 hours of work in the concession stand.  If 10 hours of work is completed, the deposit check will be returned.  If you wish to skip the 10 hours, you may choose the buyout option.
